A book area for teenagers..... comic books.....Lots of audio books......"TORQUAY LIBRARY"....." "PAIGNTON LIBRARY"...... is of a modern style.....has a coffee shop.....is usually open when " TORQUAY LIBRARY" is closed.......

Wonderful resource of books and very helpful staff.
